01 Why people come here

You shouldn’t have to choose between feeling better today and moving better tomorrow.

Most people who find us have already been somewhere. They are not looking for another quick fix. They want to understand what is happening, address what is driving it, and get back to the things they had started working around.

How we work
  • 01 The symptoms keep coming back.
  • 02 You were given the same treatment every visit.
  • 03 Nobody explained what was actually causing it.
  • 04 The appointment ended before your questions did.
  • 05 You were told to rest, and rest did not fix it.
  • 06 You want to stay active, not learn to manage it.
02 The All Square difference

Five things that change
what care feels like.

A private treatment room at All Square with a chiropractic table and floor-to-ceiling windows.
A treatment room with a whiteboard used to walk patients through findings.
The open assessment and movement floor at All Square, lit by a wall of windows.
The performance floor at All Square with a functional trainer and squat rack against a forest-green wall.
Free weights and training equipment on the performance floor in daylight.
  1. 01

    Your appointment is yours

One-on-one, start to finish. No rooms running in parallel, no being handed to an assistant halfway through, no watching the clock because the schedule is stacked.

  2. 02

    The same provider, every visit

You work with Dr. Andrew each time. He already knows your history, what you tried last week, and what you are training for, so no visit begins from zero.

  3. 03

The plan is built around you

Two people with the same complaint rarely need the same plan. Yours is built from what your evaluation actually shows, and it changes as you do.

  4. 04

    Care goes past the adjustment

When it is appropriate, chiropractic management sits alongside therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, and strength and conditioning, because most problems need more than one input.

  5. 05

We are thinking further ahead than this week

Getting you out of pain matters. So does making sure the thing that caused it has been addressed, and that you leave with more capacity than you arrived with.

03 Explore by area

Where does it hurt?

Common areas we help active people address. This is general education, not a diagnosis. The honest answer always comes from an evaluation.

Neck

Neck pain & stiffness

Rarely just “slept wrong.”

Neck symptoms often have less to do with the neck than people expect. Restriction through the mid-back, hours at a desk, training demands, and the compensations you have quietly built in all change how much work the neck is being asked to do.

How All Square approaches it

We look at how your neck, shoulders, and mid-back move together before treating anything. From there, a plan may combine chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, soft-tissue work, and mobility strategies chosen for what we actually find.

Not one specific spot? Restriction and lost range often show up everywhere at once. Start with mobility limitations.

05 How it works

Three steps, and you always know
which one you are on.

  1. 01

    Discover

    A free 20-minute conversation.

Start with a complimentary Discovery Call or Discovery Visit. You describe what is happening, what you have already tried, and what you are trying to get back to. Dr. Andrew tells you honestly whether this is the right place.

    Free · 20 minutes · No obligation

  2. 02

    Assess

A real evaluation, not a quick look.

Your new-patient examination is built to understand what is contributing to the problem: how you move, where your range and strength sit, and what the pattern suggests. You leave knowing what we found and why it matters.

The what, the why, and the how

  3. 03

    Build

A plan made for your situation.

Care is assembled from what you actually need: chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, strength and conditioning, or movement programming. It changes as you progress.

Reviewed and adjusted as you go

Most people start at step one. It costs nothing and takes twenty minutes.

06 Meet Dr. Andrew

Care from someone who knows what it is like to want your body back.

Dr. Andrew Spehar came to this work from the other side of it, as an athlete dealing with an injury, trying to get back to the thing he cared about.

He spent eleven years treating patients before opening All Square. The practice exists because he wanted to build the kind of care environment he thought patients deserved: unhurried appointments, one provider, and plans built on what an evaluation actually shows rather than on a template.

His work has ranged from Broadway performers and touring musicians to athletes at every level, from Little League through Olympians and Paralympians.

08 The space

11 FAQ

Questions people ask before they call.

If your question is not here, ask it on a Discovery Call. It costs nothing and you will get a direct answer.

Book a Discovery Call

A complimentary 20-minute conversation with Dr. Andrew. You describe what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to. He tells you honestly whether All Square is the right fit. There is no examination and no obligation.

Your new-patient visit is a full evaluation. We talk through your history, then assess how you move, where your range and strength sit, and what appears to be contributing to the problem. You leave understanding what we found and what the plan looks like.

It depends on what the evaluation shows. Treatment on day one is common but not automatic. The point of the first visit is to understand the problem before deciding what to do about it.

Appointments are one-on-one with Dr. Andrew and are not double-booked. Length depends on the type of visit and what your plan involves; ask on your Discovery Call and you will get a straight answer for your situation.

In New Jersey you can see a chiropractor directly, without a referral. If another provider is already involved in your care, we are glad to coordinate.

No. Most patients are active adults: people who work, train, play, and want to keep doing all of it. The approach is the same whether you compete or simply refuse to slow down.

No. A meaningful share of our work is with people who feel fine and want to stay that way, or who have noticed a restriction they would rather address now than during a season.

It means the plan is not limited to the adjustment. Depending on what you need, care can combine chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, and strength and conditioning, so you are building capacity, not only managing symptoms.

Coverage questions are answered directly rather than generically, because the answer depends on your plan and the type of care you need. Bring it up on your Discovery Call, or call the office at 908-998-9194 and we will walk you through how payment works before you commit to anything.

The Discovery Call is free, and so is the Discovery Visit. Beyond that, cost depends on which type of care fits your situation and how long the plan runs. You will be given specific numbers before care begins, never after.

Yes. Payment plans are available through Cherry for qualifying patients, which lets you spread the cost of a care plan over time. Approval and terms are determined by Cherry. You can explore the options on our payment plans page.

No. Golfers come in for injury care, but also to understand how their body is limiting the swing they are trying to make. Both start with the same thing: a look at how you actually move.

The Titleist Performance Institute studies the relationship between how the body functions and the golf swing. Dr. Spehar is TPI Medical Level 3 certified, which informs how he evaluates a golfer’s movement and builds a plan around it.
