CareFoundation
Chiropractic care, with the reasoning shown.
For pain, stiffness, mobility restrictions, and the everyday musculoskeletal complaints that quietly make normal life harder than it should be.
Same complaint, different cause.
Two people can walk in with low back pain that feels identical and need genuinely different care. One has lost hip rotation and is borrowing it from the spine. The other sits for nine hours and has simply stopped moving through a range they still have.
Treating both the same way works for one of them. That is the reason every plan here starts with an evaluation rather than a protocol, and why you are told what was found before anything is decided.
Care may stay hands-on throughout. It may expand into performance and rehab work if that is what the problem needs. What it will not do is stay the same out of habit.
Built for people who want to stay active.
- Active adults with back, neck, shoulder, hip or knee pain
- People whose symptoms keep returning after previous care
- Athletes and weekend competitors managing recurring discomfort
- Anyone who wants to understand the cause, not only the symptom
Care can combine six things. It never has to be one.
- 01
Chiropractic management
Joint mobilisation and adjustment where the evaluation supports it, applied to the areas that need it rather than the same routine every visit.
- 02
Therapeutic exercise
Prescribed, progressed and reviewed. The work between visits is usually what makes a change hold.
- 03
Injury rehabilitation
Staged loading that rebuilds tolerance for the demands you are going back to, with a gate at each stage.
- 04
Movement and mobility work
Restoring range you have lost, then teaching you to control and keep it rather than chase it weekly.
- 05
Strength and performance work
Capacity is protective. Where it fits, we build strength so the problem has less reason to return.
- 06
Soft-tissue work
Used to change how an area tolerates load and movement, alongside the rest of the plan rather than as a standalone fix.
The appointment is yours. All of it.
Care here is one patient at a time, with the same clinician each visit, in a room that is not shared. It costs the practice volume. It is the reason the plan can actually be individual.
- One patient
- Your appointment is yours. No rooms running in parallel.
- One provider
- Dr. Andrew every visit. Nothing starts from zero.
- Not rushed
- Visits are not double-booked. The schedule is built around the work.
Three steps, and you always know
which one you are on.

Discover
A free 20-minute conversation.
Start with a complimentary Discovery Call or Discovery Visit. You describe what is happening, what you have already tried, and what you are trying to get back to. Dr. Andrew tells you honestly whether this is the right place.
- 02
Assess
A real evaluation, not a quick look.
Your new-patient examination is built to understand what is contributing to the problem: how you move, where your range and strength sit, and what the pattern suggests. You leave knowing what we found and why it matters.
- 03
Build
A plan made for your situation.
Care is assembled from what you actually need: chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, strength and conditioning, or movement programming. It changes as you progress.
Most people start at step one. It costs nothing and takes twenty minutes.

Dr. Andrew Spehar, DC Founder & Clinical Director
Care from someone who knows what it is like to want your body back.
Dr. Andrew Spehar came to this work from the other side of it, as an athlete dealing with an injury, trying to get back to the thing he cared about.
He spent eleven years treating patients before opening All Square. The practice exists because he wanted to build the kind of care environment he thought patients deserved: unhurried appointments, one provider, and plans built on what an evaluation actually shows rather than on a template.
His work has ranged from Broadway performers and touring musicians to athletes at every level, from Little League through Olympians and Paralympians.

Reviews are a starting point. A twenty-minute conversation tells you far more about whether this is the right fit.
Before your first visit.
If your question is not here, ask it on a Discovery Call. It costs nothing and you will get a direct answer.
Book a Discovery CallA complimentary 20-minute conversation with Dr. Andrew. You describe what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to. He tells you honestly whether All Square is the right fit. There is no examination and no obligation.
Your new-patient visit is a full evaluation. We talk through your history, then assess how you move, where your range and strength sit, and what appears to be contributing to the problem. You leave understanding what we found and what the plan looks like.
It depends on what the evaluation shows. Treatment on day one is common but not automatic. The point of the first visit is to understand the problem before deciding what to do about it.
Appointments are one-on-one with Dr. Andrew and are not double-booked. Length depends on the type of visit and what your plan involves; ask on your Discovery Call and you will get a straight answer for your situation.
In New Jersey you can see a chiropractor directly, without a referral. If another provider is already involved in your care, we are glad to coordinate.
Coverage questions are answered directly rather than generically, because the answer depends on your plan and the type of care you need. Bring it up on your Discovery Call, or call the office at 908-998-9194 and we will walk you through how payment works before you commit to anything.
The Discovery Call is free, and so is the Discovery Visit. Beyond that, cost depends on which type of care fits your situation and how long the plan runs. You will be given specific numbers before care begins, never after.
Yes. Payment plans are available through Cherry for qualifying patients, which lets you spread the cost of a care plan over time. Approval and terms are determined by Cherry. You can explore the options on our payment plans page.
