CareBeyond pain-free
For athletes who are already healthy.
Not everyone who walks in has a problem. Some want to move better, produce more force, and hold up under what their sport actually asks of them.
Find the limiter before you train around it.
Most athletes have a constraint they have quietly organised their whole technique around. A hip that will not rotate. An ankle that has not moved properly since a sprain in high school. A shoulder blade that stopped participating years ago.
You can train hard for a long time without ever addressing it, and many people do. It usually costs them either performance, availability, or both.
This work is not medical treatment. It is strength, mobility, and movement training informed by a clinician who can tell the difference between a limitation worth training through and one worth evaluating first.
Screen, prioritise, train, retest.
- 01
Movement screening
A structured look at what your body can and cannot currently do, using FMS and SFMA frameworks, so training is built on measurements rather than assumptions.
- 02
Strength & power
Force production is the base of almost everything athletic. Where it is the limiter, it becomes the priority.
- 03
Rotational capacity
Throwing, swinging, striking, and cutting all depend on how well you sequence rotation, and how much of it you actually have available.
- 04
Sport-specific movement
Training the patterns your sport asks for, at the speeds it asks for them, rather than general fitness work with a sport label on it.
- 05
Load management
Programming that fits the season you are in. In-season work is not off-season work, and treating them the same is how athletes end up hurt.
- 06
Reassessment
Screens are repeated so progress is visible and the plan changes when the limiter does.

Dr. Andrew Spehar, DC Founder & Clinical Director
Care from someone who knows what it is like to want your body back.
Dr. Andrew Spehar came to this work from the other side of it, as an athlete dealing with an injury, trying to get back to the thing he cared about.
He spent eleven years treating patients before opening All Square. The practice exists because he wanted to build the kind of care environment he thought patients deserved: unhurried appointments, one provider, and plans built on what an evaluation actually shows rather than on a template.
His work has ranged from Broadway performers and touring musicians to athletes at every level, from Little League through Olympians and Paralympians.

Is this for you?
If your question is not here, ask it on a Discovery Call. It costs nothing and you will get a direct answer.
Book a Discovery CallNo. Most patients are active adults: people who work, train, play, and want to keep doing all of it. The approach is the same whether you compete or simply refuse to slow down.
No. A meaningful share of our work is with people who feel fine and want to stay that way, or who have noticed a restriction they would rather address now than during a season.
It means the plan is not limited to the adjustment. Depending on what you need, care can combine chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, and strength and conditioning, so you are building capacity, not only managing symptoms.
