Our approach
Built for people who want the actual answer.
All Square exists because there is a gap between care that manages symptoms and care that changes what your body can do. This is a practice built to sit in that gap.
Most care is shaped by the schedule.
When a practice is built around seeing a high volume of patients, a lot follows from that whether anyone intends it or not. Appointments get shorter. Plans get standardised, because a standard plan is the only kind that scales. Patients see whoever is free. Evaluation becomes something that happens once, at the start, rather than continuously.
None of that is anyone acting in bad faith. It is what the model produces.
All Square is built the other way around: fewer patients, longer visits, the same provider each time, and a plan that is allowed to include whatever the problem actually needs. That is a deliberate trade, and it is the reason the practice looks the way it does.
Three steps, and you always know which one you are on.
-
01 Discover
A free 20-minute call. What is happening, what you have tried, what you want back.
-
02 Assess
A full evaluation of how you move, where range and strength sit, and what is driving it.
-
03 Build
A plan assembled from what you actually need, adjusted as you progress.
Five things that change
what care feels like.
- 01
Your appointment is yours
One-on-one, start to finish. No rooms running in parallel, no being handed to an assistant halfway through, no watching the clock because the schedule is stacked.
- 02
The same provider, every visit
You work with Dr. Andrew each time. He already knows your history, what you tried last week, and what you are training for, so no visit begins from zero.
- 03
The plan is built around you
Two people with the same complaint rarely need the same plan. Yours is built from what your evaluation actually shows, and it changes as you do.
- 04
Care goes past the adjustment
When it is appropriate, chiropractic management sits alongside therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, and strength and conditioning, because most problems need more than one input.
- 05
We are thinking further ahead than this week
Getting you out of pain matters. So does making sure the thing that caused it has been addressed, and that you leave with more capacity than you arrived with.
Six things that do not change.
- 01
Understand it before you treat it
The first job is working out what is contributing to the problem. Treatment that starts before that is guessing with good technique.
- 02
One patient at a time
Appointments are one-on-one with the same provider. Nothing about the schedule is designed around volume.
- 03
Use every tool that fits
Chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, strength and conditioning, chosen for the problem, not for the calendar.
- 04
Explain the reasoning
You should be able to describe what is going on and why the plan looks the way it does. If you cannot, we have not done our part.
- 05
Build capacity, not dependence
The goal is to leave you with more than you arrived with: range, strength, and an understanding of how to keep both.
- 06
Say when it is not us
Some problems are better handled elsewhere. Being told that early is more useful than a course of care that was never going to work.
Three steps, and you always know
which one you are on.
- 01
Discover
A free 20-minute conversation.
Start with a complimentary Discovery Call or Discovery Visit. You describe what is happening, what you have already tried, and what you are trying to get back to. Dr. Andrew tells you honestly whether this is the right place.
- 02
Assess
A real evaluation, not a quick look.
Your new-patient examination is built to understand what is contributing to the problem: how you move, where your range and strength sit, and what the pattern suggests. You leave knowing what we found and why it matters.
- 03
Build
A plan made for your situation.
Care is assembled from what you actually need: chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, strength and conditioning, or movement programming. It changes as you progress.
Most people start at step one. It costs nothing and takes twenty minutes.

Roughly the footprint of a small gym rather than a single adjustment room, because the plan often needs somewhere to actually happen.
Dr. Andrew Spehar, DC Founder & Clinical Director
Care from someone who knows what it is like to want your body back.
Dr. Andrew Spehar came to this work from the other side of it, as an athlete dealing with an injury, trying to get back to the thing he cared about.
He spent eleven years treating patients before opening All Square. The practice exists because he wanted to build the kind of care environment he thought patients deserved: unhurried appointments, one provider, and plans built on what an evaluation actually shows rather than on a template.
His work has ranged from Broadway performers and touring musicians to athletes at every level, from Little League through Olympians and Paralympians.

Is this the right place?
If your question is not here, ask it on a Discovery Call. It costs nothing and you will get a direct answer.
Book a Discovery CallA complimentary 20-minute conversation with Dr. Andrew. You describe what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to. He tells you honestly whether All Square is the right fit. There is no examination and no obligation.
Your new-patient visit is a full evaluation. We talk through your history, then assess how you move, where your range and strength sit, and what appears to be contributing to the problem. You leave understanding what we found and what the plan looks like.
It depends on what the evaluation shows. Treatment on day one is common but not automatic. The point of the first visit is to understand the problem before deciding what to do about it.
Appointments are one-on-one with Dr. Andrew and are not double-booked. Length depends on the type of visit and what your plan involves; ask on your Discovery Call and you will get a straight answer for your situation.
In New Jersey you can see a chiropractor directly, without a referral. If another provider is already involved in your care, we are glad to coordinate.
No. Most patients are active adults: people who work, train, play, and want to keep doing all of it. The approach is the same whether you compete or simply refuse to slow down.
No. A meaningful share of our work is with people who feel fine and want to stay that way, or who have noticed a restriction they would rather address now than during a season.
It means the plan is not limited to the adjustment. Depending on what you need, care can combine chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, and strength and conditioning, so you are building capacity, not only managing symptoms.
