CareStay ahead of it

The cheapest injury is the one you don’t get.

For people who would rather address a restriction now than discover it in the middle of a season, a race, or a golf trip they have been planning for a year.

01 An honest framing

Nothing prevents every injury.

Anyone promising otherwise is selling something. Sport involves risk, bodies have bad days, and some injuries are simply contact and bad luck.

What can be influenced is the group of injuries that build slowly: the ones that come from a restriction you have worked around for two years, a strength gap nobody measured, or a training load that climbed faster than your tissue adapted.

That is the work here: finding those early, addressing them while they are small, and keeping enough capacity in reserve that a hard week does not become an injury.

02 What it looks like

Four habits, not a subscription.

  1. 01

    A periodic movement check

A structured look at range, strength, and control, so a restriction is something you find on purpose rather than during a race.

  2. 02

    Address what is drifting

Small losses of range or strength are much cheaper to fix before they have been compensated for over a season.

  3. 03

    Load guidance

How to increase training volume, return after time off, or absorb a busy stretch without asking your body for a step it has not been prepared for.

  4. 04

    Maintenance programming

A short, specific set of work that keeps the range and capacity you have built, without turning your week into rehab.

06 Meet Dr. Andrew

Care from someone who knows what it is like to want your body back.

Dr. Andrew Spehar came to this work from the other side of it, as an athlete dealing with an injury, trying to get back to the thing he cared about.

He spent eleven years treating patients before opening All Square. The practice exists because he wanted to build the kind of care environment he thought patients deserved: unhurried appointments, one provider, and plans built on what an evaluation actually shows rather than on a template.

His work has ranged from Broadway performers and touring musicians to athletes at every level, from Little League through Olympians and Paralympians.

No. Most patients are active adults: people who work, train, play, and want to keep doing all of it. The approach is the same whether you compete or simply refuse to slow down.

No. A meaningful share of our work is with people who feel fine and want to stay that way, or who have noticed a restriction they would rather address now than during a season.

It means the plan is not limited to the adjustment. Depending on what you need, care can combine chiropractic management, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, mobility work, and strength and conditioning, so you are building capacity, not only managing symptoms.
