The information on this website is provided for general education and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results vary. Nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship or replaces an in-person evaluation.
Descriptions of conditions, care pathways, and body regions on this site describe what commonly contributes to symptoms and how we evaluate them. They are not a diagnosis of your situation, and no part of this website should be used to decide whether you need care. Only an in-person evaluation can do that.

Scope of practice
All Square Performance Chiropractic provides chiropractic care, therapeutic exercise, rehab therapy, movement training, and strength and conditioning. We do not provide, and do not hold ourselves out as providing, physical therapy.
Performance training offered by the practice is non-medical. It is training rather than treatment, and it does not constitute diagnosis or care for an injury or condition.
Certification notice
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification at Medical Level 3 is held by Dr. Andrew Spehar, DC personally. All Square Performance Chiropractic is not certified, endorsed, or affiliated by or with Titleist or the Titleist Performance Institute. Titleist, TPI, TrackMan, and Cherry are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced here only to describe certifications held, equipment used, or services available.
Results and testimonials
Individual results vary. Ratings shown on this site are reported with their source and review count and reflect the figures available when the page was last updated. We do not publish testimonial copy that has not been given to us by the patient who wrote it.
Payment plans
Payment plans referenced on this site are offered through Cherry for qualifying patients. Approval, terms, and eligibility are determined by Cherry and not by All Square Performance Chiropractic. Any discount offered for payment in full is not available where it would conflict with applicable federal or state law, including in connection with Medicare, Medicaid, or other federally funded healthcare programs.
